Sunday in the City is a big part of the A Taste of Edmonton Festival, and a full day of family fun.

Exhibitor Alley

Edmonton's special interest groups, sport/athletics clubs, hobby groups and service organizations will be displaying information about who they are and what they do to make life in Edmonton so special. There will be a full line up of presentations and exhibits from such clubs as Scouts Canada, Hart-Humane Animal Rescue team, The Art Gallery of Alberta, MS Society of Canada and many more. Canada’s Stuck on BAND-AID Perfect Fit Tour

The Canada’s Stuck on BAND-AID Perfect Fit Tour focuses on the BAND-AID jingle known and recognized by many Canadians. The Perfect Fit Tour team will give Canadians the opportunity to record a video with their family and friends singing the famous jingle.

The Avenue of Cars Show and Shine

The rims are polished, the panels are buffed and some of Edmonton’s hottest wheels are cruising down to the Avenue. In addition to the many car clubs, a great number of independent car owners come out to shine and show their cherished vehicles. This year Sunday in the City will feature returning clubs such as Antique Car Club and Post War Car Club with new additions from The Alberta Mustang Owner Association.Get an Application form.

Mascot Follies

This year Mascot Follies will be held in air-conditioned Edmonton City Hall. Mascot Follies is an opportunity for children to meet and greet all their favourite mascots. In addition to all the usual cuddly friends, there will be a full line up of activities for children of all ages including, musical entertainment, facing painting, balloon art and an imagination art station.
